I always liked the contrast of red tails on a blue car.

I little bit of red won't hurt for your Superman theme!

Yeah i know! i would not have minded had i intended on keeping stock wheel colors/trims. But since i matte black'd it all up, leaving red lights wouldve just not looked right i feel...

Wow you're the first to give me positive feedback on the tails! lmao.
Everyone that has seen the car in person loves the look with the black lights. Especially when i tell them im going black on the wheels and roof too. Glad ONE person sees my vision hahaha

I like what you did to the car.. looks very sick and this wrap is hard to pull off.. hope it looks just as great in person as in the pictures in full detail.

Tail Lights I would go a lighter shade of black.. I know what look you are going for though and its the same I want.

I sent you a PM. Let me know

This thread is starting to sound like a broken record with my tails lol I respect all the neg. feedback and would agree if i had decided to keep all trims stock. but since im going heavy on the black accents... it just wont look good leaving the lights only red. It's all good though lol.

Thank you! Well considering this was a DIY job and it was our first time doing it. IT came out GREAT IMO. there are tiny little mishaps that are really hard to see unless you're really looking closely and carefuly so im overall really happy with the turn out. The process was a MotherF*** though! I don't think i'd do it again lol. I think its almost worth just paying a shop 3k to do all of the work. My fingers still hurt from all the pulling of material. BTW im brand spanking new to this site so until i dont have 5 posts i cant access my PM's... but feel free to email me ar@abielruiz.com. Thanks.

Thank you! and i hear you but i don't think it's worth judging till the whole car is done. i can bet money i'd get crap if i did all the black accenting and left the tails red too lol. Everyone's gaga over it the way it is on my side-a-town

Lol your car is already all black though! making your tails black would just be murder! Wait till the whole car's done, i'll post new pics and get opinions then. Hopefully i get more than 2 people to agree lol.

The tails might work if your wrap had some gloss to it.

Otherwise, I like it!

How is it superman if there's no red with a little yellow? Just curious...

Otherwise, the wrap looks awesome. Like others, not feeling the tails, but to each his own.

Love the color. Just change up the tail lights add a BMW Performance spoiler and you're golden.

I am impressed with the amount of work it must have taken.

Good job!

Yep... Scotchprint series or whatever. It looks incredible in person. Everywhere i go people wont stop looking. The guy at my garage said everyone that drives into the garage stops to look at it and asks wtf is that lol. I highly recommend it if you're looking to wrap your own!
