Accelaration is rough and grainy

Under acceleration the engine is not smooth at all. Kind of feel it through the loud pedal. Very sounds very rough and grainy. But the car idles fine. I was at the dealership and went for a drive with the service manager. He did notice too but said the acceleration was still fine. Checked under the hood for loose connection but didn't find any. Feels very weird. Any idea what this might be? Breather hose issue or any air leak? any idea?

O2 sensors, spark plugs, fuel filter, fuel pressure sensor, injectors, etc.. Anything can cause this.

I checked everything under the car. All look fine. When I started the car this morning it was all back to normal. But driving home after work, it's back.

Time to check error codes! Thanks Dave.
