Whining noise from engine

Ok so hopefully I didn't break something but I took off traction control and have it hell tonight on full power and let it redline to about 8600 in first gear and shifted to second at redline.. I never treat her this way but felt angry tonight

After I came to a stop there was a whining noise from the engine when I have it gas and almost felt like steering wheel was vibrating a bit as well. I got her to a gas station and turned it off filled it with gas and it seems to have gone away.

Anyone ever experience this or know what it could be???

Car has Dinan software update and about 50k miles.

might be a broken engine mount.... have it checked.

not really because of the patholes and all possible road conditions..
