Any info on hit and run in 7 lakes ny? 22 year old girl

It says she died, but the detective said she's alive. Not sure of this is the same girl.

However, the time is incorrect. I arrived at 5:16 on the scene.

From 7 lakes drives all the way down to Palisades Parkway exit 1 are pretty dangerous roads especially at night.
I volunteer for local rescue/ambulance squad, we cover exit 1~3 on the parkway and I have seen some nasty accidents around...
