EPA has cleared the M3, Coupe and Convertible. I'm not sure if the CARB clearance has come through, though.

OP, have you received any more detail on the shipment timeline of your car? Is it still stuck in Germany or did they let it on a ship?

Still awaiting a ship in Bremerhaven. I don't expect they will "hold" it there. If last year was any guide. They will hold it at the prep center in NJ.

My e92 M3 got on a ship sometime within the last day after having sit at port for over a week. It's now floating somewhere in the English Channel, and should be on US soil in around 10 days...

How long does it typically take to get from BMWNA port to the Performance Center?

I was going to ask if anyone had taken delivery of their '13s yet... betting this is the first boat/transport to Canada and the US with '13 M3s on it... my ship is in Halifax today. Can't wait.

Do you have a Performance Center delivery date from your dealer yet?

I think I'm on the same ship, but I don't have a delivery scheduled.

I spoke to a friend who used to work for BMW and he tells me that date won't et booked until the car is processed through the VDC at port(checked for damage, factory revisions, etc...). I'm hoping there are no issues and that I *could* possibly be getting it next Thursday or Friday which is a week from when the Topeka is supposed to unload in the NY/NJ VDC. Thursday 07/26/12 is the port arrival date for mine now.

Let me know if you get your boat name/shipping info.

FYI... CARB posted on 07/30/12 this week. Both certs are complete now. Hope my car will be released by the VDC this week.

I'm hoping for the same.. unfortunately spoke to my sales guy today and he said it's still sitting at the NJ VDC and likely won't be here by this weekend.. sigh the wait is killing me
