Are Mich PSS 255/35/19 & 275/35/19 OK for ZCP stock setup (no spacers, not lowered)?

Hi,

Was trying to get Michelin PSS tires for my '11 e90 ZCP M3. The 265s for rear are no where to be found, even the largest retailer in the country for them is scrambling to ship them from the East Coast.

But the 275s are available, so I am thinking of going with Michelin PSS 275/35/19 rears and 255/35/19 fronts. I have stock ZCP suspension with no spacers. Would there be any issues (rubbing, etc.) with going with 275 & 255 instead of OEM 265 & 245? Thanks.

Pretty sure there's no issue.

No problems with that setup. That's a common upgrade combination on the ZCP wheels.

Tirerack has 265/35/19 sizes in stock per their website. I just received my OEM sized Michelin PSS from them yesterday !!!
245/35/19 and 265/35/19

Subscribed--I would actually like to see if 255/275's would fit WITH spacers. Because I don't think those tires would come out flush with the fenders without them..

I'm moving forward and will have the PSS 255/275's installed today or tomorrow. From feedback here and elsewhere, seems there should be no issues with rubbing, etc. with stock ZCP suspension, stock wheels and no spacers, which is my setup.

I'll be interested to see if I notice any difference in steering and handling with the slightly wider footprint.

You'll have a better ride and a more accurate speedometer too.

You mind taking some pics afterwards? I'd like to see how close to the fenders the tires are--I might not even run spacers, depending.

Tried to take a couple for you, this is how the 255/275 setup looks with stock ZCP suspension and no spacers. So far I really love the 255/275 PSS setup, seems to handle much better and grip better when making hard turns.

Looks like you could use some spacers still.

Nice, man. I think if I do that I'm still going to throw some spacers on though.. I wonder if 285's will fit on the back rims?
