Have you tried searching for one of those mobile wheel repair services? They come out to you in a truck and repair wheels on the spot. Not sure if they can repair that but it's worth a shot.

You'll never be as happy with a repaired wheel. Trust me it will always be in the back of your head that at any moment the wheel can give out again.

Pay the money, put up with the wait, and drive more carefully. I agree with ^^^^... you may just make it worse down the road.

I would get an estimate from a wheel repair shop. For $100, I would fix it. The bends do not look like they disturbed paint and are on the inside. For $250, I would buy another wheel. Maybe buy two, so you have a spare while one gets fixed. If you have odd wheels, or special finish wheels, that is the most convenient way to go.

Depends on where you are located. In the MD/DC/VA area the best place to go is ye old wheel shop.

It looks like you have two bends. Just one not as bad as the other. Was it a big pothole?

Just buy another wheel. They're cheap so easily replaced.

you are going to the wrong places.. body shops and pep boys don't usually repair rims.. actually i don't think i would bring my M3 to a pep boys for any reason =/

take it to a wheel repair specialist..they have all the right equipment to unbend the rim.

I would just buy a new set of VMRs, isn't this exactly why people by these rims, so they can be easily replaced???

I wonder if an OEM rim would have bent like that?

I say no..I was taken in by price and have run these cast type wheels yrs ago..they always seemed to be prone to bending on even mild impacts..OEM wheels are much stronger IMO

Bad move IMO. Why spend $100 to repair a $250 wheel? It will never be as strong after the repair. You will be left with a weaker, already weak, cheap wheel....

I wouldn't repair it. It's good that the wheel bent rather than breaking (very dangerous). However, to fix it, it needs to be bent back. Ever bent a soda can back and forth a few times? It gets weaker and weaker each time until it breaks. Get a new wheel (or two) IMO.
