Not sure what turbo's have to do with anything. Top speed is a function of HP, gearing and aero, for the most part.

How long did it take you to get to that speed, the acceleration must e very slow after 150ish?

Please help me here Phil because I'm trying to understand. Again, what do turbo's have to do with anything? Do they hinder top speed in some mechanical way? From what I remember, GTR's, 911T's and Veyron's have turbo's also and (all cars delimited) no way a stock M3 has a chance to keep up in a top speed run.

When you take delivery.....get back to me. Again it has nothing to do with the mechanics of the car.

Well, that's gonna take a couple months...and even when I get the M3, I'm not sure what it's gonna do since I have no interest in trying to hit top speed illegally on a highway
