Damage to rims by Boot in Jersey City!

Ok this a 911 but I still troll this board. So I parked in a spot that after 5pm became permit only. I was there an hour and as I am walking up I see the parking guy put a boot on my car. Worse part is the but was chewed up so it scratched my black porsche OEM rim. I took pics of the boot and a video of the damage that shows it was caused by the boot. Any every go after a parking authority for damage????

yeah i have the pics at home. it is crazy that JC boots cars without any previous violations.... must be a big money maker...

You can file a claim and/or sue for tow and boot damage in NYC..not sure about Jersey..sucks man.. Gotta park more carefully
