Looks like a clean car. Without seeing the carfax etc I would say $57 for an '11 with just over 4k miles is a pretty good deal.

Edit: Hold on, just noticed "Lemon & Manufacturer Buyback" under the vehicle title description. Definitely need more info on what that means!!

The listing on eBay keeps saying that this car has been sold. However, it does state the reason for the engine replacement as follows: "BMWNA just installed a fresh engine(Oil pump counterballance failed at just shy of 1,000 miles) which caused low oil pressure. They took no chances this could ever happen again, so the 1,000 mile engine was sent back to M to learn of any manufacturing errors. And they replaced it with a fresh factory M 0 mile engine and put the correct break in miles on it to insure this won't happen again."

ummm, if the owner is willing to provide documentation regarding the engine replacement, then go for it.
If it's a driver error, then pass it.
