Pagids cracking?

I've got a set of Pagid RS-29s for track on my StopTech BBK 380/355, have 5 full track days on these pads. They have performed beautifully BTW, like boat anchors, zero fade. I usually wait a week or so to change them out after a track weekend to let them self-scrub the rotors before I put street pads back on.

When I changed the pads yesterday I noticed a lot of cracking and pitting on the friction surface, with some outright chuncking in a few spots. This mainly on the fronts of course and have at least 2/3 wear left. Backs are fine.
I also noticed a funny burnish pattern on the rotor face. I'm OCD about proper bedding and usually get a nice even blueing. This just looks to me like incomplete scrubbing but I wasnt sure if the chunking of the pad was causing uneven deposits or not.

Does this look OK? Anybody have any similar issues? Or is this just normal. I just never noticed this happening to my pads before on the old stock setup.

That is what mine look like most of the time.Andreas from Pagid looked at them and said do not be concerned about it.I am still running the pads that I showed to him with no issues.

You should be fine. I've got similar cracks on my Hawks. Cracks on my rotors too. Normal, no problem.
