M3 GTS exhaust and ecu

has anyone ever considered getting the GTS ecu and exhaust setup?
should be able to net some HP from that and still pass emissions in the US if setup right, or am i on crack?

From what I remember GTS has a 4.4L displacement. If this isn't a problem, and if it shares the same ECU with our M3's than, it might be a matter of getting our hands on the GTS files and flashing it to our ECU. I am not too hopeful but love to be proven wrong.

I for one love the way the front spoiler looks on the GTS. I'm supprised I can't find it for sale. Not even a copy.

IND has replicas that you can adjust for your desired level of downforce and mod-bargains has one that you can just put on for looks....


Back on topic with the way IND has been getting their hands on the parts for the GTS and CRT, I'm sure the guys there will know the answer to this...

Can't directly transplant the GTS ECU on to a standard M3 due to the GTS having a different engine for starters, and the fact that the GTS's electronic systems are different to that of the standard M3.

The change from the GTS tune to the non M3 tune is not as drastic as one might think

It's not a problem reflashing the factory ECU with a calibration suited for a GTS motor.

IND imported a couple of GTS cans and while I don't recall the price off hand it seems to me it was somewhere near 9k. If you search their posts you should be able to find it.

Haha, something leads me to believe that you have the ability to get a hold of the tune of the GTS...
