Wanted to get input on experiences with any North Texas body shops.

Pretty much the entire car suffered from the hail today. Every panel but the carbon fiber rooftop is dented.

Was thinking of BMW of Dallas or Moritz. Moritz since it may be less busy.

Sorry to hear about the damage to your car that really stinks. I recommend Details LTD in Addison. I have used them on many occasions and never been disappointed. Talk to Ron the owner. He will take care of you. Good luck!!

Details Ltd gets plenty of positive feedback on DFW AutoClub. There are some others. Suggest you do a search on body shop over there to get some more references if you need them.

Ha! Still don't think it's actually registered! I just want to get the car fixed and move on. It was completely out of anyone's control.

Definitely annoyed with the delay from the insurance company and backed up body shops. Originally Progressive was telling me an adjuster would look at it next Saturday, the 24th. After calling them repeatedly they'll be looking at it tmrw, but I'll have to drive it to Mesquite.

Will be changing insurance companies after this. A friend with Esurance already had his car checked out without any delay.
