I have two bridgestone s04 tires in 285/35/18 for sale. These have about 90 percent tread remaining, basically brand new. Im looking to get 395 for these bad boys. I have had these and PSS, and while PSS may have more ultimate grip, the s04 to me feels better because of the stiffer sidewall for less body roll in corners. PM me if interested, I can provide pics to anyone who wants them. Hope to have pics up by the end of the week. These are located in Houston, Tx. PRICE DROP TO 350! I'm interested since I really only need rears anyway... I'm just concerned they are going to stick out past the wheel and look all "puffy" if that makes sense. Any pics or user feedback on similar sized tires on stock wheels?

Quote:
the recommended rim range for 285/35/18 tires is 9.5-10.5 according to tirerack I run 255/35/18 tires on an 8.5 wheel on my 135 and the fitment is perfect to me, no stretch or puff. The recommended rim range for that size tire is 8.5-9.5, so the fit should be comparable. PM me if you want pics of what that fitment looks like. |
