FS: 2008 MR E90 - low miles, CPO, mods

Hey guys,

Just wanted to throw this in the regional section in case someone in the Texas/surrounding area was looking for an E90. I would really like to see her go to an enthusiest!

Black interior that is perfect in every way
Premium Package
Cold Weather Package
Heated Seats
Tech package
Navigation/Idrive
Premium Sound
EDC/M button
CF trim
Matte black Varrstoen TE-37 reps with tpms installed
IND appearance package (gloss black front grills, color matched side reflectors and color matched/tinted side markers)
RPI GTM full catless exhaust with Akra Delete R
6MT
33k miles (will go up as I daily drive the car)
No accidents/clear carfax
CPO'd (first put into service 12/08). I bought this car from BMW of Dallas on 12/31/2011
Maint package until 12/2012
VIN: WBSVA93528E041882
Have both keys

The carfax is clean with no accidents or paint/body work. I am the second owner and bought this from BMW of Dallas. All services are up to date and documented in the BMW system

The only options it doesn't have is the PDC and the rear sunshade

Price: $41,400 with the stock exhaust. Parting out the GTM exhaust, unless you tell me otherwise

**The salesperson from BMW of Dallas that originally sold me this car has taken over the Ebay part of a large Ford dealership here in Dallas (five Star Ford) and has it posted there as well. I still own the car and can be sold without the help of the dealership but it could be purchased through the dealership if someone needs financing.

I still have my stock exhaust. I'm going to keep it just in case the new owner wants it

You happen to live near Flower Mound? I think I've seen this car a couple of times recently. I have a MR e92 with black wheels and thought my car had been stolen for a second. Nice setup!

I work up in Plano/live close to DT and drive around Addison/FM every once in a while so it could've been me.

Thanks! Shes the first car I've LOVED (I've had 14), esp with the exhaust. I just need to get into something a bit cheaper as I plan on moving in a few months and want to join a golf course when I do so I need the extra money to do so.
