Pricing for 2008 M3 E92?

Hi Guys! I'm looking into purchasing a used BMW M3 and was hoping I can get some opinion on what I should aiming for in terms of pricing.

2008 M3 E92
Miles: 28,500
Blue (ext) / Grey (Interior)
Prem, Sport, Tech, Cold Weather, Carbon Roof, DCT
Not CPO
Asking Price $46k

I was thinking about offering $41k to start it off. Should I start out lower?

43 to 44 is a fair price.

Since its not bmw dealer just tell em 42k since it will cost 3-5k for a warranty once you drive it away.

My personal opinion would be to negotiate for at least, 10% off of asking price. Everything else is just gravy.
