Scrub on stock suspension with 295 on the rear
I curently scrub on my stock suspension with big tyres in the rear of an e93 m3. Does this mean i wont be able to lower withought rolling the guards?

Yes most likely you will rub worse lowered. You could try a different offset wheel and/or a different profile tire (i.e. 295/30 instead of 295/35 if you aren't already on 30), or you could add negative camber.

No. Lowering just the front will throw off your handling in a bad way, and probably eff up your ABS/DSC as well. With the right offsets you can definitely run 295/30 without rubbing, just find different wheels if it rubs bad.
