Bent lower arms in rear suspension

Im faily new to the forum so not sure if this has been asked but i own a e93 m3 and have just but bbs ch on the car with 295 rear tyres the car has stock suspension still. But turns out i scrub on the rear right side because the lower arms are bent and there is no more camber to be adjusted.

Just wondering what the best solution to this might be.
Any help is appriciated

you talking about the steel trailing arms? I think bending them might be more coomon than most realize. My car has never hit a curb yet i found both of mine bent last week after a failed alignment. Solution? Replace them, they're fairly cheap at $50/side. They are also designed to be the weak link in the suspension to protect everything else back there.

edit: I see you're upside down. Might want to budget $100/side for those arms...

yeah, it sucks, hey? Mine can sort of be explained with the enormous potholes where I live, but I remember the roads in Sydney being pretty pristine when I lived there.

The rear trailing arms are designed to crush on impact..if damaged they must be replaced

Results of careless tow truck operators. They have a tendency of using those arms for strapping down the car when towing. Has your car ever been towed? Very common in the E46 world

If a tow operator hitches your car to those arms he should be flogged..seriously.
