The rates/offer tou linked to is for their car buying service. Which means they negotiate the "best" price for you, and dealer kicks PenFed back .5% or whatever. Not typically the best way to buy a car.

1.49% regular rate new or used. Cant beat that rate unless there is some bmwfs promo going on
