Congrats, it might seem as it takes forever but in fact it took only about 10 days to get a production #.

I'm also waiting on a production number (for yet another A/W). My order went in at least two weeks ago. Hopefully the numbers for most people show up soon.

My order for domestic delivery went in on May 24th, and still waiting. The dealer told me then that it would be at least a few weeks before getting a production number. I'm curious why certain dealers are able to get numbers so soon.

my first post, i got my production number in 6 working days. mr, comp,premium, black leather, dct, heated seats, enhanced sound. carbon roof. i am very excited. been reading this forum for 2 years before i was able to finally get one ordered. i have learned a lot. thanks

I got my ED date and order number from ryan last night. September 7th. That is what is showing in the system. He still needs 100% confirmation before I buy plane tickets, but it looks like I am set for the 7th.

Congrats! Excellent combination! The BMW Performance carbon fibre rear wing would top that off nicely! It's an item that is installed at port...$585 from what I remember.

That sounds like a euro price. As configured that's like a $72K car, and US invoice would be around $65K? That's a crazy good deal.

Failed to mention, it's through the US Military car sales program and got my order in through Bavarian Motor Cars in Germany while I was stationed overseas. Through military sales, the base model starts at $52,000 (USD).

I ordered tonight! $1000 over invoice and honesty in fees and lease rates (something that is apparently rare around here). After going through a lot of local dealer crap i feel i'm getting a great deal. Likely production first week in July with local delivery late Aug or early Sept.
