Does anyone who bought this experiencing problems with the cameras. I cannot get the camera to start in the mode chosen in the menu and I also cannot record and the camera freezes constantly. The only way to fix it is to pull the batter.

Worse, no one is willing to help me except go through email customer service!!!

Hi Ben,

Try using a different brand of memory card. Another customer had similar issue and this will fix it.

I have tried 4 differnt memory card brands. Nothing seems to solve the problem.
