Anyone go from MPE to OEM mod?

Or vice versa?

Thoughts? And reason why you made the switch?

Garage List
Freeing up cash would be the only real reason I can think of for this.

Not sure I would recommend going with the MPE, this is what mine looks like after 2-3 months on the car!! It's cracked on both sides over and under!! The inconel is just too tin!!

Yikes. How did you discover this? Any idea of what caused it? It's covered under warranty I assume...

I was earing a rattle, I thought it was only a loose bolt and I discovered two cracks under. Because I have a supercharger and test pipes and that the closest dealership is 400km away I did'nt even botter trying to pass it under warranty, I could already see them saying that my mods cause this to happen! So I brought it to a welding shop where I discovered two more cracks, on top this time!

Oh wow those are some serious looking cracks... can the welding shop fix them?

I actually paid for an MPE and then they weren't able to ship it to HK, so it had to be returned.

I just got OEM Mod done (Non-Perforated Method-2 Big pipes). I think it enhances the experience of driving an M3. Really good value. It doesn't feel like the car has lost any low end torque, which to me is a good thing.
