Who makes this rear diffuser?

Does anyone know who makes this CF rear diffuser piece and how much $$$? Trying to even out some CF pieces I recently put in the front. Thanks!

Btw, whoever owns this car, it looks bada$$!!

I'm no expert but it looks like a vorsteiner type I to me...

In which case it costs about $1300

Is there any functional reason for a diffuser? Or is it just supposed to look good?

The only truly functional diffuser is the Varis stage 2..this is a full underbody diffuser and yes..it greatly improves air flow under the car..

All the others out there seem to be more show over function
