better start learning Japanese, English doesn't work too well over there...
(except at Roppongi Hills)

BTW, your $1,900/month rental in Boston will look like a bargain over there...

Rosetta Stone...i used/using it for spanish and it works REALLy well, it does it the same way as actually being over there it just emerses you in it, shows you pics and tells you the word. So you can associate the word with the pic and figure out what it means, so there are no actual translations.

I purchased tickets to see The Police @ Fenway towards the end of July, but we are now unable to come to Boston that weekend. I was looking forward to it, I really like Boston.

Nikki! Good to see you've moved in and are all settled. I just got corey's PM. Congrats on the new place. I live in the other building. Wave if you see an asian fellow driving a silver m3 or e55!

(i usually park on the lower levels - had some experience with door dings and lime deposits on my car from parking on the first level..beware!).

So...living with someone and sharing the cost is pretty much a must.

And even if she is able to find something that looks decent for that amount...no way she is going to want to live in the area that it would be located.

Hey Nikki, if your cat and dog ever get into a fight, who do you think will win? If I had to put down some $, I say your cat will win. Your dog looks like it would be lost without you. But the cat looks like it can take care of itself.

Ya gotta love New England...they price out their real estate like they think they're on South Beach. I lived in Rhode Island and spent a lot of time in Boston and I love the city when it's not cold but it sure is expensive to live up there. I have less heartburn about paying alot in living expenses when it's warm and sunny 10 months out of the year.
