Am I the only one who likes the sound of a raspy m3? I just installed a non resonated catless xpipe this weekend, I'm using the stock rear and absolutely loving it. I was actually holding off on doing this mod because of all the negative things I heard about rasp. Sounds great imo.

Raspy on the E9X no thanks, not for me, now the rasp the E46 makes is a whole different story. That's what makes the E46 distinct, the rasp

Exhaust notes are somewhat objective, but mostly subjective. No one shares the objective measurements (SPL at differing distances) but everyone shares their opinions.

You're totally entitled to have your own, which is why there are so many exhausts on the market... none of them sound the same!

I think the rasp makes it sound mean as ****!!! What I'm more interested in is a 2nd supplier of test pipes because TMS is failing badly in supplying the demand...

How long until we can expect to see some test pipes on the market from you guys?

I tried the same setup with a different xpipe and had the same results. Inside the cabin the sound was very tinny. Outside it sounded better than I imagined but the in cabin experience left me brainwashed thinking it sounded horrible.
