Any opinions on this used 08 e93?

Found an '08 e93 M3 for $50K at a local dealer.

Non-CPO
30K miles
Technology Pkg
Premium Pkg
Cold Weather Pkg
19" wheels
DCT
Premium sound
Satellite/ipod usb adapter

Haven't seen it yet, but looks clean.

Good price? If not, how much should I be looking to pay?
It's still on warranty for a few more months, should I try and get it CPO'd (not sure how much the dealer will want to charge for that) or get an extended warranty?

I've been combing through all the threads in this forum, and it has been an excellent resource for info regarding purchasing used e9x's, but I always like hearing from the members of the forum.

Should be able to get it for at least $5k less than that. If its being sold by a BMW dealership I would definitely ask them to CPO it (will add prob $2k to the price but worth it imo).

Definitely think you can drop that price by $5-7k given it's 08', little to no warranty left, and no CPO. Check to see if the Carfax is squeaky clean.

Thanks guys. The car fax is clean. I'm going to take a look at it later this week and see if I can get it at a good price and then see if they can add on CPO. $2K is around the going rate for CPO?

I'm shopping for one too. High mileage e93 m3s were going for 41kish in the winter and normal to low mileage in the 43 to 45k range. But ever since spring started I would say prices have gone up by 2k. Dealers now it's convertible season and moved their prices. I'm probably going to wait till winter again and look for a 2009

Just a quick update, I bought one today

2008 E93 M3
39,900 miles
$45.3K
$80.52K Original MSRP so its well equipped.
Overall really good shape, not even curb rash on the wheels.
No CPO

What made this a really good deal was my trade, they gave me a few thousand over what I expected on the trade..so it all worked out.
