Hi guys. Long time reader. First post. After paying close attention to the "what did you pay" thread, I'm getting very close to buying. I am hoping to get some specific advice on what to offer for the following cars.
All cars have: clean carfax and maintenance history, DCT, cold weather, premium and tech.

2008 JB E93
23K
19"
2 owner
asking 49K

B
2008 IB E93
35K
19"
1 owner
asking 50K

C
2009 JB E93
21K
2 owner, current dealer took title of this car (is this normal?))
asking 59K

"A" sounds like nearly the same car/price that I picked up. (Also in IL)

I was actually looking for for some advice on how much to offer for each of the cars in question.
