What's a good price for a CPO 2011 M3?

Hey guys, I've been looking for a low mileage 2011 M3 sedan for a while and just saw one but dealer isn't moving on price. Car is CPO, with 10k miles, 6mt, pretty much fully loaded except comp package for $63k. KBB looks to be around $60-61k, so just wondering any views here.
Can't wait to get into an M3. I drive the bigger sibling with a V10 but it feels a bit large for a sports car.
Thanks for any input!

I found a 2011 E90 with sticker around $71k in September of 2011 for $59k CPO. Had 24k miles. I hope that helps.

No reason for the car to be listed above what kbb values it at

KBB , Edmunds etc are not binding on dealers, they view market * time to sell to get price. My dealer had a cpo 2011 E93 for 59k two months ago, but only offered me 27k in trade, got 5k more elsewhere. Are you trading your M5/M6 in? In my state, a 50k trade-in saves 3,000 in sales tax, a factor in any purchase.

Denver, yes, this M3 was a trade in. Someone traded it for a 1M.
MJ, I will keep the M5 for now. Dealer won't give me good value for it anyway. It only has 22k miles.

One more question, do M3s ever come with Continental rubber? I didn't think so. New tires at less than 10k miles seems a bit fast, doesn't it?

Thanks for all the responses!

Yes, I've known a few people with 2011s that came with Contis.

I have stock Conti's and they do wear out fast. I bought my car used so I don't know exactly how fast they wear out. But, I had a good amount of tire left a few thousand miles ago and now I got none. I'm getting some Michelin pilot super sports, probably next week.

You're right actually but they should be looking at kbb because there is no higher market value for these cars right now. In my long and painful search for an e36 I realized that there was literally not a single one I saw that was priced at or below kbb. They were all higher and it's because of market value. Currently the e9x shouldn't have any higher market value therefore kbb is a good guide for pricing

OP, just to give you an idea. I got my used 2011 E90 in December of 2011. It had just over 6k miles and pretty much fully loaded with ZCP pkg as well. I paid 60.5K for it.
Also, it did come with the stock Conti's.

Haha I love it. When I was shopping for my E90 the salesman was touting that the car was priced below KBB. When we negotiated my trade I showed him the KBB trade in value and told him that's what I wanted. He came back with a number substantially lower. When I reminded him of the KBB number, he said "oh, that's really just a guide." Later in the negotiations, he again told me how his car was priced lower than KBB. I said, "well, I thought that was just a guide." He laughed, and they gave me KBB trade in for my car. Slippery folk those salesman.

OP, I'd look at other valuations, such as NADA, Edmunds, TrueCar in addition to KBB. That will give you an idea of where to start with the negotiations.

Just keep offering people in the for sale section 10k less than their car is listed for and maybe you'll get lucky. Seems like standard practice round here.

I am selling my 2011 E90 for $59k. It is fully loaded (DCT, comp package and everything) with 9,300 miles and had a sticker over $72k when I bought it new at the end of November 2011. My car is literally perfect so there is no reason that the one you are looking at should be more than mine. It should actually be less. I would say $56-$57k is where it should be priced. $63k is a joke.

Agreed. No DCT and no ZCP drops price a fair bit.
