Correct me if I am wrong, but handle your business with them and let us know the outcome. You dont have to post every single bitch/gripe now. You have a direct contact to the entire crew to include the boss/owner right?
I get it, their customer service needs work, check. No tuv, lied about it, check. It just seems like it is immature to continue to post every time they dont call you back within 10 min. You got plenty of attention with this and now I am sure they will at the very least TRY hard to make it right because plenty of people are following this waiting for the end result...
It's his thread... I don't think anyone here should tell him what and how to post. If it bothers you - skip the thread.

Some believe a great deal of this in the B2B world is just "posturing". However, it is not really posturing in a negative way. It is done so their customers, perhaps other engineers or perhaps program managers, etc. are constantly reminded of the prowess and capabilities of the company, their engineering and their products.

In this spirit of openness, and due to the multiple people asking the same question, I think it behooves you to directly address my query above.
Jordan addressed this in the JWL thread here:

Hope that helps.

The banks check paper was made from Chinese trees and wasn't engineered for the forces of actually writing on it and there was a failure. It was just for that check and one other.

Up front my knowledge of wheels before this thread was buy from a reputable company after figuring out what I needed/wanted. Having read this thread in its entirety I learned more than anything else how much I didn't know.

I"m left with the thought that it appears that Advan dealt with the failures reasonably well internally insofar as finding the cause and correcting it as soon as they had enough data (failures) to do so assuming that Jordan's explanation can be taken at face value. In terms of public relations and their conduct on this forum however IMO they have failed miserably. As in if I own Advan somebody might very well be escorted off the property miserably.

Don't confuse Adv with Advan.
