Roman, don't you think the SC you guys chose for this engine is a bit small? Something like a YSI would be a better choice IMHO. The reason i say this is because it's just making 25hp more than S65 with the same boost though S85 has 1 liter more displacement.

I saw that an s85 was put into an e30 in a bimmer mag, had traction control, etc. Complete build from the ground up.

Haha, yeah there have been quite a few S85s in E46 M3s for sure. It's one of those things I have been wanting to do for quite some time

The blower used is capable of close to 800 chp. We are not running this blower anywhere close to capacity. We have made 750 chp with this blower on the S65 when we lowered the CR and turned up the boost. We set the power / boost of our production kits based on the motor having proper safety margin while running pump fuel. There is no reason to run a YSI blower which is designed for high boost when your not running high boost. These stock motors are not high boost motors.

Just curious... do you guys change the oil pump chain and sprockets when looking for that much power? I see them sheer off even when they are stock? They are def the weakest link in the S85.
