Does this include the ESS Supercharger tune? No - tune needs to be purchased from ESS
Is the ESS warranty transferable? There’s over 1 year of warranty left on the kit. The warranty is transferable as long as the kit is installed at an ESS Dealer: http://www.esstuning.com/pages/Dealers.html

Thanks for noticing

Forgot to mention: 4 brand new bottles (and 1 partially used bottle) of Vortech supercharger oil is included. I purchased the SC oil prior to deciding that I would sell the kit.
