Left Mid-range & Tweeter phasing out

I've recently been having an issue (especially in the morning when it's cold out) where the left range (mid & tweeter) have been phasing out - and it's getting worse.

Has anyone experienced this before?

It doesn't sound like the speaker is blown, as it is still clear. Making me think it either has something to do with the amp or crossover (if there even is a physical crossover).

This is the individual sound system (mid-range speaker covers have the silver/aluminum ring).

Any help is appreciated in diagnosing the issue.
