My only issue is that i hate how the Driver's side from the HFC sits low. Specially with a drop.

I heard my friends Full Evo System. It was good, but didn't have the same sound finish as the E-Sport. But the weight savings are wonderful im sure. You can't have everything at the end of the day.
I remember seeing your exhaust video. It was inspirational.

Any particular reason you chose the Fabspeed x-pipe, over the Challenge Sport?

Don't think Challenge was out when he bought his FabSpeed system.

That's a good reason.

It's crazy that you said this! I came from an Eisenmann Sport with fabspeed xpipe and it was great and all. But, the Akra Evo has a different character to it. Deep and bassy in low end and awesome performance. I regret not going with the akra first.

Akra Evo is my first setup and imo the sound and performance is perfect. Everyone has a different opinion.

Credit goes to tizzyd because those are his videos. The Akra sounds wonderful inside the car and apparently it sounds pretty damn good outside as well unless tizzyd was blowing smoke up my ass.

~15 sec into it.

+1, the EVO adds real performance in the form of weight reduction and better flow with the primary cat delete. 50 lbs is pretty significant especially when you installed the system yourself without a lift.

It really depends on the character of the person and the application you will be putting the car through. I have an E93, I didn't buy it for weight savings to start off with. And living in Saudi Arabia it was hard to make up my mind by just looking at youtube clips since the sound is not always accurate because most of them are not taken with hi-end video cameras.

I would say i got lucky because the combo i chose is exactly what i wanted + IND did an outstanding job in directing me to what fits my taste. Akra is a great system and obviously one of the best. But after listening to my friends Full Akra i just felt it it was not me. Eisenmann has this special tone that is just different. I don't know what it is, its just special.

Exhausts setups are subjective, and you cant dissect the sound correctly over video unfortunately.

However, for some whos M3 is a DD the akra evo would be fine.

Akra evo just covers the area of the market for someone who wants big weight reduction, good hp/tq gains and a slight increase in noise.

There are options for everyone out there, and every manufacturer covers a certain area of the exhaust setup market. So people saying 'i wish the akra evo was louder!' is silly, because the sound delivery its deliberately quieter than most setups.

If they wanted to make it louder, they could simply just take out the resonators and/or HFC's.

Personally when i pick up my m3 soon, ill be getting the eisenmann race and challenge sport x pipe.

I love the sound and performance of the Akrapovic Evo... again. Everybody has different taste... but personally, I love it.
