Need some advice!

Hi guys, I'm attempting to install a new updated CIC. The last major hurdle i have is taking these wires out ( power the screen) and installing them in a new style of bracket. Any one know how i can pry these out?? thanks!

Figured it out! Just had to break the tabs.
