Anyway to fit a JDM shiftknob on our cars?

I got a ARC titanium shiftknob from my old evo 9 that i came across the other day cleaning up in my room so i was wondering is there anyway to fit it on my m3? Id love to put it on!

This shiftknob is M10x1.25 which screws on.
And believe the m3 is a pull off type.

Does anyone know the diameter of the hole of the OEM m3 shiftknob?
Can an insert be put on to the jdm knob to make it fit snug?
im just guessing here but there must be a way. :hmm:

Thanks!

LOL theres really no way of just putting it on, you have to get your shift lever threaded to 10x1.25 to actually screw it on...

I have the same knob. You have to flip the shift boot and zip tie it, then it will look good and OEM when it's right side out. Yours looks cut

This might be a stupid question, but. Do these extended shift knobs fit the DCT equipped cars? Or is there a kit for them?

Garage List
what you can do is get someone to machine it and insert a allen screw to put it in place, had a friend who did that with my s2000 shift knob on his s4

you will need this:
