IND | M24 DCT Cooler Kit

Motorsport24 DCT Cooler Kit

In early 2011 we created a thread discussing the capabilities as well as the limitations of the M-DCT transmission. Upon reviewing technical literature and putting the M-DCT through 5 years of trial by fire, we arrived at the conclusion that Getrag unit is extremely resilient in its design. In fact the only identifiable potential weak points of the system are the auxiliary components such as the transmission cooling system.

After 5 years of campaigns with the E9X M3 chassis, Motorsport24 of Germany now offers an enhanced cooling solution for the M-DCT transmission. The M24 DCT transmission cooler features a larger capacity heat exchanger, upgraded lines, and the appropriate fittings for installation. The large capacity exchanger requires an additional liter of MW-DCTF-1 fluid (SAEE 75W).

Features:
  • Replaces OEM BMW DCT transmission cooler.
  • Requires additional liter of Pentosin BMW-DCTF-1 fluid (SAEE 75W).
  • Includes lines and fittings.

Please contact an IND representative for more information.

After we are done with the ECU problem (encryption) we are moving onto cooling options.
