Any Japanese speakers here? ..I just want to know WTF this is used for.

I'd like to think it's something extremely pervy but it may also be an anti Duck Face device or something ...Curiosity is killing this cat.

Yes they do. Go to auto zone and buy a pack of rubber o rings for fuel lines. I'm sure one of those is small enough

I think we have a winner here, in spite of everyone thinking otherwise. However, you could assume with stronger facial muscle you could have a pretty good sucker there.
