Exactly the Roll cage should be good to go. These cars are Unibody (Sheet metal) contruction with front and rear sub-frames (Rear subframe seen above)

+1 At least this car will be fortunate to drive again, how it was meant to be driven too!
Agree with you 100%. All salvage ///M cars should have this opportunity. Wishing this car a great start in the racing series.

I've been down this road before. Make sure that the body shop puts it on a Celette Frame Machine. I have had several very bad experiences with digital measurement equipment. Nothing worse then getting it all back together and finding out that the suspension still will not align correctly even though all the panel gaps are perfect.

Curious to know how much you got the car for? Care to share a ball park figure for curious minds?

wish you a lot of fun and good luck with this build.
do you think it's possible to let us know about hidden heavy parts? looking always to save some weight without having to spend thousands of dollars and I'm sure there's some heavy parts in the car which are easily removed without loosing functionality.

Very exciting! And I like the choice of performance vendors: Akra, StopTech and Apex. This is what I run!

Any more info on the Maxxis RC-1? When are they coming out? Will they be available in 275/35/18?
Cheers,
