I used to run full KW coils on my E36. Pretty legit. I liked them.

Not sure about on the E90/92, but I imagine they still make good products.

I have them, if you have an EDC car and want to keep the EDC function and want to fine tune your drop, they are a great option.

But there are not as well tuned as a full set of coil-overs.

I wish someone would make a full EDC controlable set of coil-overs, i would buy that in a second...

also have them, great kit, no bouncing at all, a little bit stiffer but great handling and the drop makes it look aggressive
