I have been using this mix below (not same brands), plus I add creatine and Arginine AKG.
Results have been excellent, and in the long run it's a lot cheaper than buying a mix. That, and I don't have any "proprietary" ingredients.

Hell I used to do 3 scoops when I was training for football. You have to work up to it, but your body does grown an immunity over time like it does with anything, so you gotta keep upping your dosage (to a certain extent.) That stuff would tear my gut up though, so I switched

Nano vapor = garbage muscle tech crap ended up yawning during workouts once I was used to it
Jacked = liked it but left it for non supplement approach, need another pre workout cuz I don't have the jump start I used to

Go as natural as possible for the most part. Lots of compex carbs for energy and lean protein for recovery. I personally supp with organic whey protein, organic ultra purified fish oil, organic multivitamins, glutamine, and I cycle on/off creatine. It kind of depends... ...What are your goals? Bulking? Or cutting?

Remember too much can damage your organs. Take care

no explode made me feel kinda sick and the new formulation of jacked isnt nearly as good. still have a stock of the old stuff though.

I only use pre workout if it's going to be a heavy heavy day in gym... normally just go with BCAA during gym regminent.

if i don't have pre workout stuff, some coffee works too.

I'm at the gym in between 6 and 6:30 every morning, two large cups of black coffee w/o sugar does it for me.

I personally like:
C4
Bullnox
1.M.R.

But coffee and peanut butter do the trick as well.

Tried them all - I'm a little biased to MusclePharm for everything, but I do think personally, MP Assault is the best.

My buddy swears by PreJym. It's a bit pricey, but once I run out of my old Jack3d, I will likely give it a try.

I've tried a couple
noXplode
jack3d
Neon (has beta alanine - the tingling is called paresthesia)
Alphamine is good too. In fact I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it

and EC (no A) sometimes..might pick this up again soon

I have used most of the ones out there, but bullnox continues to be my favorite In essence they all do the same shit and its really hard to tell which one is better since they all hide how much of each major sup you need pre workout in a proprietary blend.

Ive used many preworkouts. My fave was the old Jack3d, now I'm using C4. I only use 1 1/2 scoops and man the tingling is intense. I def need a preworkout after working 12.5hrs on nightsift and hitting the gym!!!

I have used ON Pre, Jack3d, and superdrive. All were really good, but I like superdrive the best.
