I really like this price but am not too keen on differences in brake manufacturers.

Would you care to elaborate about how these compare to the competition?

Stoptech is just as good as Brembo, AP. Just comes down to price, style, color, ease of pad changes and pad availability.

I have to respectfully disagree when referring to the standard ST kit

the std ST kit is a GREAT kit, but it's not the same as a full 380mm Brembo kit. Fairly so, as the retail differences between these is a good amount of month.
(new ST at around 4500-5k, where brembo is 6-6500). Referring to 'normal' prices and not special prices lol.

This ST60 kit is perfect for most, and an amazing price at $3500. No question about that

I would seriously be considering this kit
ST pads and rotors are cheap to replace and widely available as well.

What makes a 380 Brembo kit "better" though? Just cause the Brembo costs more, doesn't mean it's better. The ST kit is also 380, so it's not a size issue.

I will say this ... i had the Stop tech's on my B5 s4 and my MK4 gti both were worked to the roof and the stop techs were flawless when hard braking !!
I now have the 380 Brembo mono blocks on my M they stop the same but what i did notice between both Calipers is the stop tech's gloss sheen faded where as the Brembo's never faded....

Not to mention brembo is the leading manufacture for braking systems on most if not all OEM high end Cars.....
