2009 M3 Dct

I love my new 2009 M3. It has 36k miles. I\'m looking into whether it makes sense to extend my prepaid maintenance and get an extended warranty. I plan to drive it to 100K.

Here is what I have been quoted:

My BMW Maintenance upgrade expires 3-25-13 or 50k whichever comes first, the upgrade would go to 3-25-15 or 100k and is $3295.

The 60 month-100k ext wty is $7519 and the 48 month-75k is $4580 and is third party but through the dealer.

I\'m leaning towards both.

Thoughts?
