BIG moron at Peter Pan BMW

This stupid technician who serviced my car last saturday failed to tighten the filter cap. Such ineptness caused a big mess, with engine oil spilling all over the engine compartment. Unfortunately, I discovered the fiasco after putting on some miles and after the light came on.
I had always checked my car after every service, for some reasons, I didn't do it this time. Big mistake on my part. I'm never taking my car to Peter Pan in Burlingame.

I don't think I could ever take my car to a place called Peter Pan. I'd be worried that it would end up in Neverland.

Dealerships are all full of careless douchbags.

Like the dick with the shit-kicker Willy Nelson belt buckle who left his clipboard on my passanger seat and decided to reach throught the window to get it. Any idea what happened to my door?

Or the dick who torqued my wheel locks to 180 ftlbs.
Do you know what happens when wheels are torqued to 90 ftlbs and then douchebag installs 1 lock at 180? The rest loosen up

I only go to the dealership to buy parts, and even then I take my VW Jetta DD and not my BMWs

At least the oil can be cleaned up unlike the paint on the door above.

Same thing happend on my '08 M3 on 15,000 mile oil change service, at Valencia BMW.

In response to the engine oil being very low only 2 days after said service, the idiot SA initially goes "you must be driving your car very hard. Oil is consumable, you know."

Peter Pan and San Francisco BMW have the worst service departments, IMHO. I went once to each, and never again. I recommend Concord BMW. Farther, but worth it. Plus it is spacious. They do a walk around with me, and I get a copy of it.

Sounds like the same kind of douchebags that work over at Nissan that work on GTRs and Maximas. I thought BMW services area better.

I haven't had any problems with Peter Pan so far. I've only been there for basic maintenance though. They fixed a couple of things under warranty as well. Way better than my experience at Fremont BMW.

I'm sure if you dig around, there's complaints about every dealership.

This place personally is a joke, but my GF has had the best experience in her 530.. yet when i took my M3 they told me... we don't have our special M3 guy here to service your car so it will take a few days... I was like you kidding me..... its either hit or miss but if you do go there I suppose " ERIC" is the dude to talk to.. or so my gf says.... I would take my car to P-tech.. but if your under warranty I would go to Pleasanton BMW or east bay..

I would rec Stevens Creek BMW. I've had nothing but top notch service there in both my M3's. Ask for Tyler Lem.

BTW, I have no personal or financial involvement with them.

+1 to Kenny Lew

They've treated my M pretty good there so I have no reason not to go there yet for service. The parts department is stupidly over priced though.

We bought our 335d there too - and I wouldnt buy there again after our sub par civic like buying experience. Didn't get the full monty of freebies either!! Had to use my free MB keychain - lol

I live in Fremont and have to service my car in Pleasanton. Why do not the dealership make sure their service DEPT know what they are doing, but East Bay BMW is cool
