Smile akra slip on with RPI x pipe

Hey guys i bought a full rpi GTM exahust and it is balls out loud! i cant stand the crazy drone. I was thinking of replacing part of the system with an Akra slip on. Will this kill the drone???

Pairing the RPI front connecting pipes and V2 cat delete x-pipes with the Akrapovic Slip On unit will quiet it down quite a bit. I can't guarantee you won't get any more drone but it should be a DRASTIC improvement.

I just went thought this whole ordeal. I paired my RPI x pipe with the Fabspeed Maxflo mufflers. The Fabspeed axle back is probably one of the tamest out there with reguards to sound. When I swapped out mufflers I added a set of resonators to the x pipe and it now has NO drone and very little rasp. The full RPI system makes great power but is out of this world loud

Not sure how it would sound with the Akra slip on but my guess is it will still have a lot of drone as the full Akra systems I have heard have some drone.

thanks i ordered fabspeed mufflers! few questions, where did you add the resonators? before the x pipe? and how long where they? i think you can only fit 14" resonators. Also what about without any resonators? im sure itll drone more but any idea how bad?

I fit in 12" resonators with some finesse to the tubing.
