where is our amp

I searched online but cannot find where our amp is located forsure. Is it the little silver box in the trunk under the cardboard cover thing? by the tire kit? If so that sure looks tiny to drive 16 speakers. Am I missing something or do they just make amps much smaller these days?

Just yank that plastic cover off and check it our
Amp is pretty small considering it's supposed watt output
