Meet in Switzerland?

Hi Guys,

For the Europe based members, anyone interested in meeting up in summer? Maybe around July timeframe. Was thinking of going to the south of CH and finding a few good roads to take a bit of a run on.

thoughts / suggestions on dates and locations welcome

Sure; I just need to get my car first...
Production should be next week. I'll post again when it's here.

Yeah, Davos, Fluelapass, Bormio, Stelvio, etc. (from Top Gear) is definitely cool, but takes at least 2 days.

Another nice drive that can be done from Zurich in one day is Susten pass, Grimsel pass, Furka pass.

Both tours are much better during the week than at a weekend (to avoid bikes, tourists).

Further (if the break-in is done by then) I will go to the Nordschleife on 25/26/27 July.

Status 151 (Body shop started) - that means in 2 weeks it's gonna be here!

Sorry for the delay; I was too busy driving...

So far I like it a lot. I even got used to the DCT. Now the 2000km service is done and I can start using the shift lights...

Hi guys. I'm from California, now here in Liechtenstein for a summer internship. It has been a goal for me to meet up with some BMW fanatics such as myself to get into the car culture here. Nordschleife would be a dream to experience. I obviously don't have a car here, but I can meet you in Zurich or something if you don't mind a BMW enthustiast as a co-passenger.
Please let me know of your trip plans. I also cannot make it the 25/7 - 27/7. But any other weekend. Would be perfect.

25/7 is the only trip I have planned for the Ring so far. Maybe I will go again in August or September but I don't know about that yet.
If you would like to do a trip within Switzerland (some mountain passes are almost as much fun) just let me know.

There will be one more m3 in Switzerland, hopefully i will have it by the end of october. Im actually from Estonia but im studying in Lugano, and i already have the car in the states just waiting it for to be transported here. I have one more friend here with an e92 m3, who would probably gladly join, so a meeting or a drive in the end of october would also be great. what do you think?

I'm also thinking about another weekend at the Nordschleife:
29/30/31 August.

If it wasn't that far away, I would be there every weekend...
