Navi update

Hi,

Just received the 2012 Premium Europe update set, two DVDs. It comes with a serial code, but when I enter it, it just says 'Invalid code'. The VIN used (at least the one specified on the paper with the serial) is correct.

Anyone had any experience with this? Dealer wants to bring the car in of course, I'd rather avoid that if I can (I'm sick of using their loaners).

Should mention that the vehicle is factory equipped with Navi Professional, and that this is the newer CIC system (not the old CCC). Maps are on the hard drive.

Take it to the dealer... they will load it for you, and most probably for free is in fact the FSC provided by BMW is defective.
