It's a nice story. I thought the old man was going to have a heart attack the way he kept grabbing his chest.

I bought my parents a Lexus GS300 10 years ago. They just replaced it with a 2010 RX350 last year which my brother bought for them.

I thought so too for a while then he adjusted the mirror and mentioned that the muffler was changed and all was well.

Your parents raised fine young men

That has to be a heart breaker. I remember last year when the fellow that purchased my e46 M3 picked her up I felt very strange seeing him driving away with her.

I don't have kids yet, it's a nice gesture, but I would expect my kids to get their lives/finances straight before doing this for me. Hopefully, I won't have to make the decision to get rid of the M3 for their education, but if need be, I'll work 2 jobs if I had to, just like my dad.

It sure does ... guess quite a few people that see it (and don't leave a message) may have too many tears in there eyes to find the keys on the keyboard

I think you will be fine ... I know this since I can read between the lines (kind of a gift I have) and see that you have the willpower and energy to always drive a fine car ... hard work will lead to "living the dream" I know this from personal experience

I just cried tears of epicness....

On a side note, love that the american flag was waving in the background at 3:57. Great juxtaposition

Wish me luck finding my dad's 1979 Datsun, complete with missing radio knobs. lol.
