The condition is like all used parts. Used. Lol. Just heat discoloration like all xpipes. No damage to make it not perform. Getting rid of it because I see many akra evo exhausts for sale locally that I want to swoop on. Lol

Who knows. Would be funny. I know neither you nor I actually ever installed this x-pipe so it was really ever only put on two cars so far.
