you better get your stuff soon there is a class action suit against them by the morons who got taken advantage of by them and several states/federal prosecutors are apparently thinking of going after them for running an illegal gambling site.

SCAM many people have proven that unless you are ready to outbid a computer and pay just about retail for 95% of the items its almost impossible to find these "great deals".

I have spent about $150 bucks at the site and I have won about $175 worth of stuff.

Sounds like a lot of work to save $25.

I know someone who's won a ton of shit for himself and his girl, and he even sells some of the stuff to make more.
But then I also know someone who got hooked on it, wouldn't get off and ended up wasting a lot of money and stressing himself out. It really depends how you play it and if you're willing to put in the time and have patience. Don't waste bids, you have to watch certain auctions for a while at first. Don't get greedy.

My advice is to only go there to try to win something that you really want and are willing to pay full price for it. My wife and I wanted a tv for our bedroom so we went there and got a $500.00 tv for $36.00. I will say that I am sure we got lucky but we would have paid full price anyway. We have also won quite a few gift cards for cheap.

I think that the people calling it a scam just go there expecting to win everything they want for cheap. When they waste a bunch of money losing auctions on crap that they wouldn't buy outright, they get pissed. It is not a scam, it is just competitive.

Slow internet connnections can account for the timer running out early. They go off of real time, not your computers reaction time. I don't really care though, I got what I wanted and won't go back unless I want another product that I am willing to pay full price for.

I totally agree, there are a bunch of unfounded complaints about credit cards being charged for bids and so on, when its clearly stated in their TOS, but there are also lots of other negative reviews, dealing with the bid process, buy now prices, and shipping times..found a bunch of those here, http://reviewopedia.com/workathome/q...uibids-a-scam/
